Module One: Know Thyself: In this first lesson, we look at the intrapreneurial mindset, personal branding, and an essential ingredient of high performance. Module Two: Personal business model canvas: In this module, we look at the personal business model canvas (BMC). We will show how to create an AS-IS Personal BMC and create a target (TO-BE) BMC, which will serve as your strategy towards achieving your career target.

Module Three: Radical Innovation: This module will investigate how the world’s most successful entrepreneurs innovate to create wealth. We will discuss the principles of dominant design and Business model Innovation. You will learn how to successfully apply those concepts to transform you into an employee that managers lobby to attract to their units. Module Four: Competitive Advantage: Organisations naturally reward employees that either help the organization increase sales revenue or reduce operational costs. In this module, we will discuss how you, as an employee, can independently investigate and develop strategies that will give your organization either product advantage (increased sales) or production advantage (reduced operational costs). Concepts to be explored include blue ocean strategy, six sigma, business process improvement.

Module Five: Developing the business case: This module gives you the fundamentals of developing a business case. You will learn how to communicate the concept you created during the exploration stage in a language that executive management can understand to get you a sure “yes” – which ultimately translates to higher responsibilities, a higher budget, and a higher salary. Module Six: Stakeholder Management: Once you’ve developed a viable business case for your concept, it’s time to start preparations for your pitch. In this module, you will learn a business concept that, when applied, is sure to help you attract and retain management attention.

Module Seven: Pitching your idea to Executives: In this final module, we’ll use everything we’ve learned so far to create a compelling pitch. Module Eight: Digital Networking Lounge: Break out session for course participants to network and grow their professional network.
